Crispin Porter + Bogusky Acquires The House Worldwide

In an effort to expand its global footprint, Crispin Porter + Bogusky has acquired London-based The House Worldwide, a global communications network that was founded by former Publicis Worldwide CCO Richard Pinder.  Pinder has been named the agency's CEO of U.K. and international, a new role at CP+B. He'll help build up CP+B's global network outside of the U.S., working closely with the agency's management teams in its Scandinavian and Latin American offices.

Tribal Gets a New Business Chief for the U.S.

Looking to redouble its business development efforts, Tribal today named Kyle Snarr head of client development and marketing in the U.S. Snarr will be based in New York and focus on adding new clients as office and account leaders aim to grow existing marketer relationships, as they have in the past, said Richard Guest, Tribal's U.S. president.
