Wire Fox Terrier Wins At Westminster: Meet Sky

The Westminster Kennel Club has a new winner, a Wire Fox Terrier named Sky. Sky won the best in show on February 11 and became the 14th Wire Fox Terrier to win the award in 138 years of the show. Sky moved up the ranks at other shows before winning the coveted award and displays all of the characteristic and traits that the breed should have.

106 mph Winds Reported In Britain

Those who do not believe that climate change is real should take a close look at Britain’s recent weather patterns. Not only has Britain been hit with torrential rain that has led to severe flooding in many areas, but wind speeds were reported at 106 mph during recent storms.
The wind left devastation similar to what a tornado would leave behind. Trees were uprooted and had fallen over on cars and homes. Large trucks and heavy structures were tossed around Britain’s streets and many homes were destroyed or severely damaged.

Live Birth Reptile Fossil Pre-Dates Current Record By 10 Million Years

A live birth reptile fossil found recently has scientists dumbfounded, pre-dating the current record by millions of years. It was previously believed that reptiles bore young tail-first, and mammals gave birth to their young head-first. According to National Geographic, the new findings were published in a February 12th edition of the journal, PLOS ONE.

For years, the Shroud of Turin has been rumored to be the burial cloth of Jesus. The tattered and ancient cloth is “stained” with the image of a man’s face and body. The image on the cloth seems to suggest that the person it covered was crucified.
