The Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia are preparing to get underway as teams across the world begin competing for the gold. silver, and bronze on Thursday evening.
Both snowboarding and team figure skating will be broadcast on Thursday, even though the Opening Ceremonies will not take place until Friday, February 7 at 7:30 p.m. EST. The Ceremonies will be held at Sochi’s Fisht Olympic Stadium.

George Zimmerman, who was acquitted of the murder of 17-year old Trayvon Martin last year, has been in the headlines quite a bit in recent months–most notably for his arrest following a domestic dispute with his girlfriend–but the latest news is going viral.

You better not get used to picking up a pack of cigarettes during your speedy jaunt to CVS. As of October 1st of this year, CVS/pharmacy store will stop selling tobacco products all together.
This marks the very first pharmacy chain to remove tobacco from their product line.
7,600 CVS/pharmacy stores will be missing tobacco products lining their shelves before the end of the year. Why does the largest pharmacy chain in the world wish to take such a profitable item away for good?

The members of the 2014 jury were also announced today, with a 50-50 gender ratio to "more equally represent contributions of women to the industry," the Clio Awards said in a statement today.
